The staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. I know that when I go to WBU I’ll be coming home with a high quality product that is safe and beneficial to my backyard birds.

Staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, especially Daphne. She greets you by name and a big smile even if you have not been there for several months.

The staff ALWAYS greet me with smiles and "can I help you find something?" The quality of the supplies is very good. The store is easy to find and generally parking is easy.

I have followed Wild through three locations since they opened their first store in the Seattle area, South Center was the first store, then a Edmonds store and finally the Lake Forest Park store. A half mile from my house. I consider Daphne and her crew personal friends after 30 years trading with the company. They meet all my birding and squirrel needs.

I love to run into Daphne. For one...she always remembers my name. But all of the staff are knowledgeable and have wonderful suggestions depending on what I'm purchasing or inquiring about.

High quality bird products with reasonable prices. They also can get replacement parts to repair things that break. Staff seem very friendly and knowledgable.

I was looking for Mason Bee "eggs" because I had a poor return last year. I learned I wasn't the only one, and that the store had trouble getting a supply, but did have some in stock. I purchased two which were expensive compared to previous years, but that is the law of supply and demand. This is a year of low supply. The woman who waited on me remembered me even though I hadn't been in in almost 2 years. She was delightful.

Efficient customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of merchandise.
