Daphne was extremely helpful. She gave me advice and demonstrated how to assemble the equipment I purchased. She showed me where everything was and helped me out to my car, as well. She even found a discount for me!

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable and the bird seed that I bought was on sale, so that was aweseome.

The employees seem to be some of the happiest people working in a retail setting. Always greeted with a hello, or welcome, even when busy. The products are super high quality,at least my birds think so, and compared to what I used to buy from Sky Nursery. Inventory, prices and membership are awesome.
