This is the best store to walk into. The entire sales crew are always eager to assist and teach. They take great pride in making sure every costumer walks out completely satisfied and educated to how best support our amazing bird population with every season. Wish every company had this dedication.

New to bird feeding, been to the store about 5 times now in 3 weeks to pick the staff's brains and make additional purchases. Everybody has been fabulous - Craig, Daphne, Sharon and the dark-haired woman whose name and I didn't catch who helped me on my first visit and even showed me pictures on her cell phone of various feeders in action in her yard. On our 2nd visit we got great detailed info from Daphne while the store was swamped with customers during their black Friday bag sale and later came back and got a very good tutorial from Craig on seed types for the birds we see in our yard. I've already recommended the store to several folks.

Everyone there is friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable.

Our cashier, Melissa T, helped us understand why Flickers go to the seed tube when suet is available. We have not been members for a few years because of previous bad service. We are considering becoming members again after the good experience she provided.
