This review is based on the service we ALWAYS experience. These are different times and we had curbside pickup but it was just as good as always.

I love your store in Lake Forest Park, Washington. Daphane, the Lady who works there is absolutely the best of best. Knowledgeable, friendly, remembers my name, my family, ect.

I love this store. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Always have a solution to suggest for a problem. Even with the virus issues I was able to get supplies efficiently!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable always willing to assist and answer questions regarding different birds found in our areas we live in the onsite speakers are extremely important and interesting sad we cannot get together in a group anymore
