The WBU employees at Lake Forest Park have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not surprisingly during this difficult time, are no different. Ordering online was easy as was curb pick up. Daphne, the manager, delivered the order herself and took the time to chat in her usual friendly, caring way, that we've missed terribly since her incredible seminars have had to stop. We can always count on WBU for a good experience, and we are more than happy to continually support them.

Although I prefer going into the store, under the circumstances of todays events, this was a super easy experience. When picking up, Daphne was very respectful.

I have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited for years and have ALWAYS been treated as someone special (like family). They welcome me every time with a smile and join in friendly conversation. All are very knowledgeable. I simply enjoy going there!

I had seen a very nice bird bath in the Lake Forest Park store late last year and planned to buy it this spring. However due to recent events I was not able to get the bird bath. In late April I decided to call the store and ask about the bird bath because I really liked it. The lady I talked to was very nice and listened to me describe the bird bath and we figured out which one it was and I was able to purchase it by phone. I then did curbside pick-up later that day and it went perfectly. The bird bath is perfect for my yard and the birds love it. Thank you for doing orders by phone and curbside pickup from your store.

You had what I needed and offered a coupon as well! In the past, when I could enter the store, the staff were always so friendly, and helpful.

Fedex Delivery was not at the door it was THROWN into the backyard where it became saturated with rain. There are 3 doors in my backyard, Fedex drivers have not been able to discovered that we have a front door, UPS never falters in that respect. I know if it is to be delivered by Fedex it will be a garden shed (labeled as such) or another door we don't use and the package will not be discovered for days
