The employee on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The order was ready when they said it would be. The employee who put the order in the car was also pleasant and professional.

You provided a way for me to purchase bird food without going in the store!!!! AND it was convenient, quick and helpful in our moment of need.

Ordering was really easy. Daphne and the other staffer who helped me were super friendly. (I do miss being able to browse in the store, though )

The curbside pickup makes it easy to get the "bird groceries" we need for our backyard birds (and squirrels) during this shelter at home time. Daphne and her staff are awesome - knowledgeable and friendly. As my husband has been furloughed from his job, the daily savings club bird buck and coupons help our budgetary situation.

I have shopped at the wild bird store in lake Forest Park for years. Since this lockdown I reached a point where I needed supplies. Wanted to try delivery.

During the Covid crisis, it was nice to know that you were looking out for the birdies. I know it is a hassle for independent businesses so thank you for making your store available if on only in a limited way. The process couldn't have been smoother and I was highly satisfied. Good Luck!

I've shopped here for many years and appreciate the quality of products, knowledge of staff and their friendliness.

I called from outside the store and they looked up my name and previous purchase. Took my credit card and brought my purchase right out to my car.

Daphne took my order, was very personable and knowledgeable and was there 2 days later when we could finally get to the store to pick it up. She came right out and loaded it for us. All with her usual smile and cheerfulness.
