Because I really like the store.All the people who work there have been great.Anything I need to know has been given to me. I feel the people who work there really care about birds.

The online ordering and curbside pickup was an extremely efficient and SAFE way to get my essential bird supplies. In addition, the employee who helped me in person and on the phone (Daphne?) was very helpful and friendly. I’m relieved to know I have this option during this crazy time.

It was a relief to have this option during the stay at home, stay safe time we are experiencing with this pandemic. It was an easy way to get our bird feeding supplies and know that we were also supporting our store and keeping the staff safe as well. Thank you for making this an easy process! It will never fully replace being able to visit and chat with the staff and meet other "birders."
