The staff are always very pleasant and efficient. The products are always fresh and clean. Appreciate the knowledge that staff share regarding products and feeders, birdhouses, etc.

The product is great but mostly I so appreciate Daphne, who knows your merchandise and is always helpful and friendly.

I went to the store and ordered with the gentleman Delivering curbside pick up orders. He was able to take my order, take payment and deliver my order on site.

It's my second curbside pick up since this started, and (although I miss shopping in the store) the joy the staff seems to have for what they do still comes through with the limited contacted from curbside pickup. I was not expecting it to be ready so quickly, and to get it with a smile was everything I needed. Love this store!

Associate understood exactly what I wanted, took measurements in the back room and described accurately. She told me my options, since I was buying sight unseen, to make sure I would be satisfied. Curbside pick up was easy and fast.

I have been patronizing this WBU store (in 2 locations) for about 30 years. My experience has always been enjoyable. Staff always has time to help, to recommend, and to listen

The staff are doing their best under difficult times to give us the products we need for our birds. I still prefer the shopping experience in person, but there's nothing any of us can do about that now. Also, it does cost your store money when you don't have the 'impulse' type of purchases through having folks walk through the store. So it hurts us all!

I love the friendliness and caring demonstrated by the staff at Wild Birds, as well as the quality of the seed and other items they sell.
