I love having products delivered since I can not drive. My birds and other friends receive good quality food. Customer service has always been exceptional at this store.

I was thrilled to be able to take advantage of the Father’s Day savings offer (always like when these offers align with the “giving” holidays), touched that I was greeted by name when picking up my order curbside, & pleased that picking up my merchandise (which was waiting for me just inside the door) was such a pleasant, easy experience. We love shopping local, and this WBU is always delightful to do business with!

Great product, easy to order online, easy to pick up but no one contacted me to say the order was ready. So I called and found out it was ready with an apology!

Everything I needed was in stock. The order was already bagged and on a cart when I came to pick it up. I received helpful tips from the staff! I love the LFP WBU people!

I ordered the woodpecker seed cylinders. I asked the associate about the larger size and he gave some very good advice why the smaller size would be better. He also told me about how to order on line. I really enjoy the WBU in Lake Forest Park and look forward to it opening.
