I have been shopping at your store for years and my birds and I depend on your staff and products to remain happy and healthy. I appreciate how difficult it is for you during this awful time and have been very pleased with your efforts to continue serving your customers. I don't know the name of the young woman who helped me but she was very helpful and pleasant. Also, a shout out to Daphne who is always a delight!

Ordering and pick up were easy

We have been long time customers and have gotten to know many of your employees with funny jokes and bird stories. ALSO we had an issue with a crow stuck in our chimney and phoned this store and the manager (name forgotten) gave us the absolutely perfect remedy. No one was hurt, including the crow. We love your products and all the different kinds of feeders. ….and all the fun extra things that "we don't need, but love". Thanks for all you do for the humans and the birds!!

They are very friendly and helpful. They try to remember what you need and suggest new things to try. They make it really easy if you just need a quick pick up. I miss shopping in store to see all the items there but they are really doing their best to keep it all going. I LOVE this store and the people that work there :)
