The sales people are friendly and very knowable. If there is not enough of a product in stock they know of equivalent subtitution. They stand behind the product like bird feeders without question.

We love our Wild Birds Unlimited store in Lake Forest Park! The staff is so knowledgeable about our local birds, and always seem very interested in the various "birdy" stories we like to tell. They have been so helpful with taking orders and curbside pickup assistance during all of this terrible virus pandemic.
