Daphne and Rick were terrific. Everyone is always so knowledgeable and friendly. I was really impressed by how enthusiastic Daphne was with a family with a young daughter who were just beginning to get interested in birds. The store always looks great -- so many beautiful displays attractively arranged and a great selection of all things related to birds and wildlife. Daphne is such an asset to the store and to the community with her knowledge, enthusiasm, and kindness. I always love visiting this store! Thanks!

Products I needed were available. Staff was helpful.

I was able to go in, ask for what I wanted and be out in just a few minutes. There was signage about wearing masks and hand sanitizer to use at the door. There were no other customers at the time so it was quick, easy and safe.

I'm very pleased that paper rather than plastic was used to pack items in the box. They arrived in perfect condition. Now if we could only find a way for the primary packaging to be biodegradable, not plastic! thanks for your efforts.

I love the variety of products available from bird seed to feeders and other accessories. Quality is excellent. Although I haven’t been in the store this year, I always appreciated how friendly and helpful all employees are.
