The ease at finding what I need, as well as the very helpful and knowledgeable staff makes this truly "the highlight" of my day.DAphne as a manager has it sll together ,the staff respect her andthey work as a team. Birds is my go to place about every 2-3 weeks, nut just or supplies, but becuse they call me by nmae, they know my needs nd they are always education me whne i as k a question. Great store!

Always satisfied with the store and their employees. We do pay more for the products at WBU than other places (I do compare prices), but the quality is there whereas I don't know about other brands. Fred Meyer, Ace, Home Depot.
