The staff is always friendly and know their products and which birds will be attached to a particular seed or suit type. The items available are displayed in a way that's easy to see and they have a great selection of products to choose from.

It's Always fun to go to "The Bird Store". The staff is fun, smart and very helpful. Love your products, and if anything goes wrong they help immediately. Our bird population is very happy as well. :-)

Easy and friendly

It is not just this experience but each time I have been in the store, the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. If you are interested in something, they are more than willing to share their knowledge. They will work with you to find affordable solutions to your needs.

Daphne the store manager greeted us promptly welcoming us into the store even though we were wearing masks. We had come to stock up on seed cylinders. We mentioned that we were interested in a baffle to deter rodents from climbing our feeding station pole. She showed us her inventory and instructed us how to attach the baffle to the pole. She even showed us a baffle that we hadn't noticed before that was easier to mount to the pole, in a finish that complemented what we had. So, she was very knowledgeable about her inventory and the store had the merchandise in stock. And Daphne let us know about an upcoming promotion on birdseed. We've always been impressed with the customer service at this store.
