Daphne and Rick were knowledgeable, friendly and made our first trip to your store fun. We are new to birding, and wanted to get a set up for our daughter; Rick and Daphne explained your products and our options thoroghly, and did not rush us at all.

I miss coming in to the store but am taking the Covid threat seriously. Using delivery is so reliable and totally meets my needs just now. And I enjoy the website as well.

Craig was awesome! A great help to a new birder. :) He answered all my questions and gave me ideas to consider to help me decide what to purchase. I felt well cared for. I was shown different options by another associate, as well. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful. Craig gave me a small sample of seed to help lure the birds to my feeder (as my chosen "no mess blend" was bland looking) and it worked! Only a few days has passed and already all kinds of sweet winged creatures have found my seed feeder! And the hummers are already flocking to their feeders, too. It feels good to help!
