We weren’t there long enough to matter. It was pouring rain!

We chose a feeder that had one price tag on it but when we got to the register the cashier went and grabbed 2 other things off the shelves and rang those up as well. So the feeder we chose that had a $29.99 price tag turned into a $98 feeder.

My order hasn't shown up. For some reason, my order was sent to South Dakota, though it supposed to come tomorrow, 5 days later than it was supposed to come. Probably FedEx's fault, who knows. It should take so long to get from Colorado Springs to Pueblo West.

On this particular visit there wasn't an employee present for the first few minutes after I arrived. I had to find and select the products that I wanted and called out for help. When the young lady finally appeared (from near the front door) she did not offer to help me carry the two 20 bags. All of these occurrences were not typical of my other visits to your store. During past visits there has always been an employee present and I am always offered help with carrying the heavy items out to the car. I live about 80 miles away near Westcliffe, and visit Colorado Springs about once a month, and get to your store about once every three or four months. I will continue to shop at your store because you have quality products.

The new seed I bought (No-Mess Blend DP Bird Seed) is terrible. The birds are not eating the very small seeds. They are pushing them out of the feeders and making a mess on our deck.

A $60 bag of bird food stored for one month had worms (lots). The staff explained they were moth worms and not uncommon in bird food because it’s pesticide free. Their suggestion was feed it to the birds. Really Barry experience with a lot of worms.

I came into WBU on 7/31/23 and there was a very nice man who worked there named George and he had a lot of information. The next day they had a 100 bags sale that I found out about on email so I went back to get a bag of the bird seed. The he/she person behind the counter who helped me was very quiet, unpersonable and didn't engage well with me. They did offer to carry the seed to my car for me which was nice. The manager or owner was there both days and never acknowledged me. At first I was pretty excited about this new store in my neighborhood but I think I will still shop at the store I usually go to get my bird seed and the friendly service.

I was greeted when I entered but never approached again even after standing in the area of bird baths awhile trying to decide on which one to get. Upon check out the cashier didn’t seem to have knowledge of the differences nor concerned with my questions. Tried to sell my a beat up display and I had to ask to get a new one from the back. Then following checking out, no one offered to help me carrying my items to my car like they used to.

asked about a previously purchased product. wasn't sure which seed i usually buy. was told it was the product. it was sold without a scan just off my purchase history. when i brought it back. history showed it was what i usually buy, no swap out was offered even when i asked. had to buy another bag. now i know the difference, but too late. should have had clerk scan bag which i offered. oh well, probably back to walmart for no mess birdseed.

I haven't been to the store in a year so it might be "just the way things are" but the prices on all goods were very expensive, most twice what they were the last time I visited. $60 for a 20 pound bag of food will send me to your competitors. I know we can pay and "join your discount" club. Better strategy...LOWER your everyday prices.
