I purchased a seed catcher to go on the bottom of my feeder which is both a feeder and cage cover. I mentioned to the nice lady that helped me that I had the cage cover purchased from WBU, and she indicated it would work. When I tried it I discovered that the bottom bolt that screws into the feeder to hold the cage on is too short. In other words I cannot use the seed catcher tray unless I do not use the feeder cage as the feeder cage makes it to thick for the bolt to screw in. I will need to return the feeder tray. My only complaint is the high prices, even when on sale and combined with my membership. The quality and selection of bird seed is very good. I have purchased bird houses, roosting houses, feeders but most often just purchase bird seed to mix it with less expensive seed purchased elsewhere.

Products seem highly priced. And bird seed on special was all gone by the time I got there.

Initially one of the staff members was not as friendly as typically, However once a 2nd employee came out of the back it was better

I was looking for a particular type of hanger for a feeder.

The only time I give the highest rank is when something incredible happens. This was just a normal shopping visit. I was able to get mostly what I wanted and check out in a timely manner.

Was surprised that your store wasn’t opening until noon after a relatively mild snowfall. We don’t exactly live that close to your location so we were frustrated to have to make another trip. I understand birdseed isn’t exactly essential business…

Just different! Knew prior owners and they were always there. Seems now different people every time we are there and of course they know zip about us. Not sure who the people are, owners or different hired clerks.

On my first and second visits into the store, I waited a long time for help and no one helped me. They helped other people who entered after me, but forgot to help me, so I left. My third visit I was asked to join the membership, but I am reluctant due to the lack of help my first two visits.

sales are not really drop down sales. little disapointed!
