Always enjoy shopping at the bird store.

I think your seed is a little pricey, but it is convenient. The new store feels "cold" compared to the warm feeling of the other store and it feels dark. Your selection on bird baths seems less that what you used to carry.

Love the store and the products. A little expensive, but quality products that don’t fall apart easily. I’ve shopped this store in a different location in my city and the people were always so friendly and happy and eager to help you find anything you needed and explain anything you wanted to know. This new store is beautiful, but think the staff needs to be more friendly…greeting people when they walk in, or just asking if there is anything they can help you find. The young man at the counter didn’t present any kind of greeting, nor a smile that would make you feel welcome. I encountered an older man who was an employee and he at least smiled and made you feel a little bit welcome. I wandered around the store for about fifteen minutes looking at all the neat products. I found the birdbath bowl I was looking for and purchased it. The welcoming feeling and friendliness were the only missing parts to this new store…but a very important component, I feel.

We love this store. Great selection and the birds love the food.

I wanted to check out the new store location. I enjoyed the new store & am looking forward to them getting settled in. They are still figuring out best set up & working on displays. That is expected in a new store. They still provided good service & a fun shopping experience.

Price of seeds seem very high

A rating of "highly satisfied" would require an exceptional experience. My experience was good, but not something I raved about when I got home.
