I love the store and it's new owners. The store is lovely and very interesting. Everything that you need is there. The prices are higher than I would like but since you don't buy in large quantities, it's understandable. I like that I can ask questions and there is someone to answer for most of the time. I'm new at bird feeding and watching so I'm coming up with problems, like 2 different species fighting over my birdhouse. What to do? I have a block of seed to feed & the larger birds have found it namely the black birds. They make short work of the block denying the smaller birds. What to do? Margie Desormeaux

I’ve always had great service at this WBU, and the new owners are continuing the tradition! Still a wonderful selection of high-quality products, and a selection of unique, functional, and beautiful new items as well. The owners have answered my questions about birds nesting in inappropriate places, have pointed me to useful additions to my bird feeding setups, and have held requested items for me that they knew were coming in their next shipment. I’ve purchased both bird-feeding items and gift items there, as well as some reference material. GREAT store!

Suzanne helped me find the 2 products We needed of No Mess NM and shelled whole peanuts. Was glad that the whole shelled peanuts are back in stock. For almost a year We had to settle for the splits. Noticed one of the new owners, Shelley outside by the fence and said hello to her. She was busy putting something on the chain link fence so I didn’t bother her. We love your store and only shop there for our bird snd squirrel supplies.
