Staff is always so nice. They always make recommendations which I appreciate. They also carry my purchases after my car.

Owner and employees always make me feel like family. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also like the new "bird bucks" feature and the percentage off for buying in bulk. I come every 2-3 months and other than pandemic supply shortages they always have what I want. I also like the seasonal offerings.

Everyone is very friendly! People love sharing their experiences regarding which birds are coming/going in various sections of the city/county. I appreciate the availability of store personnel to carry out large seed bags. One of my favorite things about this store is the extensive variety of other nature-related products, not just bird-specific. For example, merchandise such as bee items is closely connected to the entire backyard natural habitat shared with birds.
