I called in with a particular problem that was expertly handled with personal involvement and assistance by the gentleman salesperson!! I had to send a friend to pick up my purchase and that went very smoothly, as well.

The store has a comfortable feeling, the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable, it's fun to peruse the non-seed/feeder items they sell (I've found some great gifts there). I look forward to my visits!

Store owner is almost always helping customers, and well informed about all products. Staff and owner are knowledgeable about local and regional bird species, habitats, and behaviors.

I appreciated how the staff member carried the bags of bird food to my car for me! She also greeted me as I walked in and helped me decide what bird seed to purchase.
