I've shopped there for several years, under both prior and current ownership, and it's ALWAYS a lovely experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staffers always proactively offer assistance, and I've had SO many questions answered expertly about birds, feed & feeders, and even gift items. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful as well. Honestly, there are only a few places in town where I know I can walk in and find something I want or need, and also have interaction with kind people who are excited about their business and products. This is exactly the kind of retail/service experience I always wish other stores gave!

WBU is a beautiful store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are a little high but so far worth it for the quality. Love this place!
