I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your holiday lighting extravaganza! We loved it! As I checked out I noticed an older gentleman was nearby and conversing with the person who made my sale. I was struck with how kind and patient she was with him and their easygoing conversation. Such kindness does not go unnoticed. Happy New Year!

When I ordered the seed online, I figured it would be a couple of days before it was delivered since the 26th was a federal holiday. It arrived the same day! I wasn't expecting it so I didn't hear the delivery lady knock on the door. When I looked at my phone later, I saw on my door camera that someone had been at the door and when I viewed the video, I saw that it was my seed! The delivery lady even waited a minute or so to see if anyone would come to the door. I felt bad that she had to wait in the cold. Thanks for the great service!

It was Christmas Eve day. I found I was completely out of seed. I was driving and called to check hours. I was 10 minutes out and was let in . I appreciate the kindness and more importantly my birds did. That was above and beyond good service. Thankyou

We feed many birds so we buy several bags of seed at a time. I was headed out of town unexpectedly and had errands before I could leave the next day. I passed the store on my way south to my cleaners and it wasn't open yet, not until 9:00 am. I came back by on my way from the cleaners and it was still 8:45, but there were cars and a light on inside. I went to the door to see if I could see anyone and the automatic door opened. I went in and apologized for coming in before 9:00 but they were happy to assist me. I got 6 large bags of seed, she was able to look up what kind I get on my account, and a box of notecards I couldn't resist. It is such a well stocked, cute store and they are so friendly.

The folks are friendly and know their business. It is a clean nice place to go because you can get anything you need at the store for all sorts of critters. This is the only bird store that I will shop at. Enjoy it very much every time I go.

I love the variety of gifts. I like the idea that many items are unique to our region. Even more local artisans would be a great asset to the store.
