We have tried many hot bird seed, and none work like yours. So, I often come in for that, but recently I purchased 2 nesting boxes also. I really enjoy the store.

Lovely staff and owners. A good selection. The place is always clean and organized. The prices have gotten pretty high, which is unpleasant. But I think that is not due to a store decision. Things are ALL just getting very expensive. The club perks help, but it is a shame - a lot of older people love to feed the birds, and inflation is particularly tough on people on a fixed income. Perhaps a senior discount would be something your company could consider? Jusy a thought. Your profit margin may be much too tight for that!

They know their product, are not pushy, can wander around the store, always smiling, willing to talk about birds willing to suggest new ideas or try to solve problems
