The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very good at troubleshooting and customizing to my personal needs. My order was processed and ready for pick up within minutes.

I have been shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited for years. The new location is not as convenient for me, but it is bigger, so moving around in the store is so much easier than ever before. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We purchased items becasue we were there for a bird of prey event, which was wonderful - the grandkids loved it. These events that are now being offered are really something special for the whole family.

Even though I didn’t find the exact style of feeder I was looking for, the selection of products is amazing. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, willing to share all kinds of knowledge. I learned a couple new things from chatting with a some of the staff there.

Store recently moved to a new location and the staff was still placing merchandise on display but they took time to answer my questions. They were professional and provided me with the information needed to make my purv Chase. As an aside, I have shopped at Wild Birds for a number of years and find this new location an excellent choice.

New location more convenient to me. All merchandise well layed out and easy to find what I want. Also, account history available so I could make sure of the seed that I purchased is what I have used in past.

Extra effort to find the size of Corinthian bells we were looking for. Had the perfect meal worm feeder for our bluebirds.
