Jan and Laura are always so kind and knowledgeable! They even asked about a bird feeding setup I had previously purchased. Wow! They care enough to get to know their customers! The two newer staff were equally sweet and helpful!

Beautiful store! Easy to stop in and get what we need. Very nice staff! Always helpful in a friendly not intrusive way. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Always lifts our spirits!

Everything in the store is first class. Aside from getting birdseed, the merchandise is wonderful. Attractive and unique! A fun place to look for unusual gift items. I have been a customer from the beginning and would never go anywhere else!

Came in for some pegs for my bird feeder. The girl ( red hair) was very nice..got me 2 from the back and didn’t even charge me. I got food also but that is great customer service.

I like it that the bird seed and suet stay in the same location; I can go right to what I want. And I appreciate having it carried out for me.

The associates are always warm and welcoming. They help us find the right products. We really liked shopping in the store.
