My $10 Bird Bucks was not deducted from my bill although the staff person put it in and, in her defense, thought that it had gone through. I didn't realize this until I got home and looked more closely at my receipt.

The bag of food I was going to buy was unsealed. The food spilled out. Two of the store bags ripped from the weight of the merchandise. I was not offered help to bring my purchase to my car.

I have not received my order yet. I ordered online but have not heard anything about the order being shipped other than you charged my credit card. When will my order be shipped?
