No particular reason, but there is always room for improvement.

Farily busy when I was there and had to wait for a while for help and at the checkout. Once it got help, it was great.

Check out a little slow. this was unusual.

Bought a bag of mixed Niger and discovered that it was open when I got home. As in *never sealed*

There was a bag sale but no one offered me a bag. I ended up using a coupon that I had instead. I got the same discount so I guess it is ok

Realizing it is a small store and needs a better margin to operate, I still found some of the pricing way out of line. Items selling for $1.29 at other stores were priced at $5 - $6 each. That to me is excessive. The woman who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable about local species. I will be back I think but again only for certain items.

I love WBU but it’s never going to be the cheapest place to shop.

I ordered this as a gift to be delivered to my son in another city. It arrived in good time but I myself have not seen it or got a detailed account from him except to say that it had arrived and thank you.

The prices are too high. They were out of stock for the bark butter suet cakes that I wanted. They did not help me bring my order to my car.

I have not tried to use it as yet. I added cayenne pepper to other seeds but that did not deter squirrels. The price is Very High. I had to pay shipping costs as well. I suggest you check back with me after I’ve used the seeds. I strongly suggest you Not charge shipping costs. Thank you, Stuart Rosenthal, MD,MS
