A young man helped us choose a bird feeder for our daughter as a Christmas present -- we were delighted with his knowledge of the products and what would work best for her situation -- he was quite professional and personable. We were also able to use a coupon for this purchase.

I went without a clear idea of what I wanted, because I already had a lot of bird-feeding equipment and needed to consider what would be the best thing to buy. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very patient with my indecision. He showed me anything I asked about and gently suggested other possibilities. I finally bought a baffle, which has done the trick. I also bought bird seed, which is rapidly being devoured.
