First, I LOVE WBU! Second, the woman I spoke to on the phone was super nice, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable (hence why I love WBU so much).

I am in the Woburn store a couple times a month. Always greeted with a smile by knowledgeable staff and have learned so much in the last couple of years. Very happy to support them and they have hooked me on birdwatching!

This was my first time in over 20 years buying equipment for birds. I had a lot of questions, which were answered, and I didn’t feel any pressure to upbuy.

Lexie(hope that’s her name🙃) was totally in the ball with answering my questions and followed up the following day with me. Super nice and great customer service. 🙌🏼
