I was given a birdbath a year ago that didn't work at all. Donna was extremely kind and gave me a brand new one at no cost. I was delighted to get a new birdbath a year later without a receipt!

I'm a longtime customer of WBU, having purchased supplies from stores in 2 different Nashua locations and a Westford store. I considered driving to Woburn for the Simply Suet the birds like (they don't much like similar products from other suppliers) but find going anyplace this year sort of daunting. I was delighted to discover I could order what I wanted online--and the FedEx charge was quite reasonable. The carton of suet was on my doorstep much sooner than I expected. I was delighted with the overall experience! Thank you so much!

Love this store. In fact, during covid times, this is the only store that I will go into. I feel comfortable with the protocol and the staff is always first rate. I feel lucky that this Wild Birds store is my local store. I don't think the others value their customers quite like this one.

Staff was very knowledgeable. Made several suggestions for some Christmas gifts. Cannot wait to give them out!
