Highly satisfied with every shopping excursion to WBU. Dawna, Doug, Rose, and now a young man, Drew?, also a pleasure to deal with. The feeds are a little expensive but the quality is better than most other brands, plus you get personalized service and advice; can't beat that.

I found exactly what I was looking for and the woman who helped me was very pleasant to chat with about the food I was buying and the store despite her being busy. She took a phone call but asked if she could return it as she was in the midst of helping me. All very professional yet personable.
