I enjoy visiting the store and the staff are pleasant, approachable, and knowledgeable. I trust the quality of the products (though I do find some of them pricier than they need to be, particularly the tube feeders). Our backyard birds seem to love the food we put out. Looking forward to the Spring!

Products are recommended to meet the customer's stated goals, but no sales pressure is applied. The displays are fresh and enticing. The store is a happy place.
