The owner was wonderful to deal with , so helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in so confused , she explained everything and was so helpful.

Donna took the time to show us all the items we would need to set up a new feeder. She took the time to help put it together, showed us how to clean it, and set it up. Donna was extremely pleasant and it was just an all around great experience.

The person who helped me took a good deal of time explaining the features of various products and helped me decide what would work best for my budget and my yard

staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I went in with a bird house that I had purchased somewhere else, and I wanted advice on where to hang it. They were able to outfit it on a pole and give me advice about placement, etc. They were very helpful. Will definitely be back again. Thank you!

The person was knowledgeable about options for addressing squirrels. She also had an amazing dog that we got to pet and watch do tricks.

after a pleasant welcome, I was assisted perfectly by Dawna and Sam. All my questions were answered and amazing knowledge was shared with me. My initial visit last week, when just window shopping, was also really good. I was speaking with a gentleman, Don, I think. He was so knowledgeable as well. Our conversation prompted me to come back and get my new yard outfitted by Dawna and Sam a week later. Great job! Beautiful store!!
