Greeted as I entered the store. Escorted to the product I was looking for. Introduced to newest inventory without feeling like I was being pressured to buy. Donna allowed my birthday discount even though I forgot my coupon. Donna helped carry my stuff out to the car without my asking for help. Definitely wasn’t expecting that :). I love this store and the friendly atmosphere!!
