Primarily the help from staff; very informative regarding feeders and showed us how to take them apart to clean them. so far feeders are great!

I always enjoy my visit to Wild Birds Unlimited in Woburn. Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly. They truly care about birds and want you to have a successful experience with the birds that you want to attract to your feeder. The product is far superior to anything that I have gotten at the grocery store, pet store, or retail store before finding Wild Birds Unlimited! I love everything about this shop and will continue to recommend it to my family and friends, shop for myself, and shop for gifts! It has become one of my Happy Places!

Always a pleasant experience going to this Wild Birds store. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean, well set up, and has lots of products to browse. I would highly recommend.

Mainly because I wanted the hearts of sunflower seed but not the really heavy bag. The salesman kindly filled some bags in the back of the store with the seed and charged me the better rate of the huge bag. Very nice of him. A+!
