The staff is amazing. They will answer any questions you have , help you with deciding which feeders and food will work in my yard. The Woburn store definitely has an awesome staff. Most people nowadays don't put any effort into being nice , but the staff at WB will always greet you with a smile. It's a great store to have in the area 😁

Times where I'm looking for bird supplies,I go to Wild Birds Unlimited with satisfaction on how I'm treated and the supplies in the store.

Always greeted with a smiling face! All are very helpful and Go out of their way to help which is such a difference from other retail stores, that is sad. Sam is THE BEST
