Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous and the store has several unique products. - from feeders to gorgeous birdhouses.

This is an awesome store. I immediately get happy when I walk in. Everything is clean, shiny and well displayed. The merchandise is of the highest quality and every one is super nice. It is always, always a great shopping experience.

This store has been a treasure since its opening 5 years ago. (I can hardly believe it has been so long!) Dawna and her staff are knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and have worked to build a relationship with the "regulars" as well as newbies. The merchandise is frequently refreshed so that I always feel I need to take a tour of the store to check out new items. We will miss Dawna (but I hope her crew will remain), and look forward to meeting the new owner.

Definitely my favorite store. After shopping there a few days a week for the past few years I have gotten friendly with the staff. They are all amazing and so nice and friendly. Very sad to have heard the owner is selling and the staff will no longer be there. I wish all stores treated their customers as well as WBU does.
