I ordered online for in store pickup. The process was very easy. When I picked it up the owner was very helpful and explained the different seeds.

Staff always points me to the right seed I need for my birds. always able to help me pick just the right feeder. Staff always up to date on migrators in our area.

Friendliness of staff. Variety of items. Cleanliness of store.

I am always greeted by name, which is especially nice. Im assisted with the types of food and or feeder to purchase according to weather. It's a pleasure shopping at this location.

Why it’s like that the employees are well informed

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Discussed the lack of birds at my feeder during the warm weather we have recently had and solutions.
