I was in and out of the store within a few minutes. What I wanted to purchase was available and easy to find and the lovely woman who checked me out was very sweet and friendly, and possessed excellent customer service skills.

The Santa Barbara WBU store closed many years ago and I’ve missed it. I’ve always been interested in birds, bird watching and attracting birds. It’s only recently that I have gotten a chance to get back into this hobby and I’m so glad that there is a Ventura store to go and shop and glad that products are available online.
