Always friendly, helpful advice when I need it and a wonderful selection of high quality bird seed/products that bring in the birds I love to watch.

Personel are able to answer my questions and provide suggestions. And help me find new items. Friendly; know me by name.

The store offers great service. I live far away, so I use the delivery service, which is very fast. It was a large order and when they were short on one item, someone called to tell me. They have absolutely the best suet products. My birds definitely prefer it and you can tell there’s no filler.

I have shopped at the store twice and both times the staff greeted me enthusiastically and were eager to discuss birds and to help me. I also watched interactions with other customers and was impressed with their knowledge and level of service.

Love everything about this store! I have shopped in person and online both experiences keep me coming back. The owner is a Rockstar in customer service!

There was a lot of merchandise in the store. I love the seed creatures (bird house, wreath, owl, etc) and not all stores have them. Once I saw that stuff, you had me as a returning customer. Also, I don't remember the girl's name that helped me, but she was awesome! I visited on June 7 around 2 p.m.
