Wild Birds Unlimited

I’ve shopped at this store for several years. The quality of the products as well as their outstanding customer service are what keep me coming back even though wild birds Unltd products are pricey. I believe in supporting locally owned businesses and I like that they know my name.

Scott was very helpful in offering a setup for my wife and I. He even suggested foods that were specific for the area in which I live. I actually went three times: once to get an idea of the price, second time to buy the setup, and the third to buy an additional feeder and food.

The young lady behind the counter was very nice and helped me with my items. The manager came out to say hello and helped me also. I just love coming into the store. It has a peaceful ambiance.

I love the cute and unique items they have for sale. The sales girl was very friendly and helpful. She told me about new items that were coming in and about their FB page where I could follow them.

I cannot say enough great things about the Wild Birds Unlimited store in Morgantown! The staff are wonderful and helpful and just lovely to do business with. They always pack and ship my online order same-day so it arrives quickly. Love this store!
