Each time I come in the owner and/or staff are friendly, interested, and helpful. I enjoy letting them know what birds I'm seeing and hearing what they know about what is going on at feeders in the area. They are knowledgeable about the products and have provided valuable advice and assistance when I've made purchases of feeders, poles, suet, seed, books, etc.

First of all it is relative close to my house. None of the WBU in Pittsburgh seem to offer online shopping.

Both Kendall and Scott always helpful. Scott always has pics to show us of new bird sightings. This trip no exception. Kendall makes suggestions regarding new products.
