I got $15 off my order. I don't understand why I didn't get an additional $5 off for the new order. I thought the $15 was because I renewed my membership. Also, I still don't know how bird bucks works. Now, as the survey indicates, you are not dealing with an upset customer--just a confused one.

We love this store. Scott and the other associates are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The only reason I don’t recommend this place to more people is that everyone I know already shops here and loves it also! They have made me a real bird enthusiast!
