The product is of top quality but still on the pricey side especially the novelty seasonal shapes. I didn't get a chance to shop during the Small Business days and would love another sale in the month of December.

The shipping prices. Also ordering on line is clumsy. I pick a product and then need to find a store. Seems that it should be easier

Well, not their fault, but they were sold out of the cardinal puzzle I went to pick up, but they did have a hummingbird one AND they were, at that exact moment, on the phone ordering more plus other styles.

Cashier thought I wanted to purchase a finch feeder. I thought the finch feeder was free With my big purchase I experienced no other problems Caring my purchase is ver helpful and much appreciated
