Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and I have learned something in each of the two times I have visited the store. (I "discovered" it only recently.) The products are obviously good: The birds (and the deer and the squirrels and the turkeys and whoever ELSE is hanging around) LOVE the mess-free seeds.

I love birds. Scott is very knowledgeable on what feeds bring my favorite birds to the yard and he has delivered. Scott is a fellow photographer and hosts a FB page for "Backyard Birds" that I very much enjoy. My WBU Morgantown (& Tampa) are top notch, friendly, appreciated small businesses.

While the prices may be a bit higher, we find the actual cost of feeding lower with WBU products. The feeders are top-quality.
