Everyone was very helpful & knowledgeable

I like that they carry easy ways to feed the birds and the feeders that they have to offer. Also take the time to explain something ,if you are not to sure of the correct thing to buy. And take an interest in wanting to protect the wildlife, not just birds.

Scott and Kendall are always great everytime I go there. They always help me with my bluebirds in our yard. They are so super nice and very knowledgable.

I went in to get a new bird feeder. The person at the store helped me to identify my needs and select the bird feeder that best suited those needs. I have put the bird feeder out in a tree and am very happy with it!

As I have said before, I like that the staff are well informed and happy to share their knowledge. It is also very helpful to me to have someone carry my purchases to my car. I am really glad that I discovered Wild Birds Unlimited because the birds (and the deer!) LOVE the no-mess, no-waste seeds.

I love woodpeckers, and Scott helps bring them to my yard. I'm an avid bird-watcher, the variety of feeders in Lowes or Walmart is inadequate. WBU is a small local business, like me.

I feel the product is well made. I don't mind paying a little more if it is made well. My order was filled quickly and also shipped fast. The order was packed with plenty of bubble wrap to keep my items safe. Very happy with my overall experience. Thank you, Randy M.
