The staff are very knowledgable and thorough. I asked a question about preventing squirrels from taking food from our feeder and the staff person gave me multiple options for preventing it, ranging from using The Eliminator feeder to using the hot pepper blend food. I doubt I would get an answer of that quality in other stores that do not specialize in birds.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. If I have a question about a type of seed for a specific bird it is answered. I am always satisfied with my purchase.
