Very pleasant atmosphere to shop in.

First visit. Overwhelming the pleasure I got when entering the store. A video was playing of birds using merchandise available in the store. I was well pleased with the ambience of the visit.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made great recommendations.

Easy shopping experience. Kendall is a significant asset.

Feeding birds and watching them is something I enjoy. I had never been to a store before that was completely for birding supplies. I loved it!!

The employee that is typically there when I shop is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I should know her name but it escapes me. My daughter and I just started feeding the birds last year and we have learned so much from this employee. She easily answers my questions and I wouldn’t even consider purchasing this type of product anywhere else.

Excellent products, excellent service

The employee (I do not remember his name) was VERY helpful. He was a young man and was pleasant, answered questions, made recommendations but was not pushy.
