I go there fairly often & they all are very friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Very Often offering suggestions to help with your needs. Stock is always plentiful.

The owner, Carol, and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy going there and do so about every other week in Fall and Winter and weekly in Spring and Summer. I feel the products are high quality. I have 3 of the pole systems and several birdfeeders. I like their durability and ability to be easily taken apart and cleaned. The food is pricey, but of better quality than others I have used in the past plus with no mess I don't end up with all the seed debris under my feeders and in my landscape.

This Schererville store makes it possible for me to be in Arizona and send birdies to my Munster home so my son can feed the birds while I winter in Az. The staff there is excellent and friendly and I love going there when I am home in Indiana

Overall the product that I come in for is always there. They help me to the car, answer all the questions I have and remember who I am.

The seed is superb and if I have a question, y'all steer me in the right direction. Plus, you let me pet your pups (although they were on vacation this visit, so I smiled a bit less).

Lisa helped me over the phone. She was also working on training and disclosed that to me. Despite my big order and her helping train, I could HEAR her pleasant and patient voice and hear her smile the whole time. I had my significant other do the pickup on his way home and after he picked up everything he called me and said “WOW, that lady was so *bleeping* nice, holy cow!” I laughed and said oh yeah. They’re the best there and that store is my happy place. Thank you for my little simple pleasure hobby that you all make so much better!
